Purchasing Procedures

Use Email or telephone to confirm the correct part number(s) of the products required and availability, price and delivery charge.

All purchase orders must be in written form via email or post. Purchase orders are formally acknowledged with delivery tracking information if appropriate.

Overseas deliveries and large parcels are normally shipped via Perform Logistics, UK deliveries of small packets are normally shipped via Royal Mail signed for service.

Payment terms are negotiable. If a company is unknown to us, first orders may have to be paid on a proforma invoice basis. 30 day credit accounts can be opened for established business customers.

Small business customers purchasing low value individual products have to pay by credit card or Telegraphic Transfer. Payment in this case against proforma invoice with all bank charges to be paid by the customer and shipment on receipt of cleared funds.

Credit Card Payments

We only accept payment via VISA or MasterCard Credit or debit cards and can only be processed in GB Pounds.

The following card details must be communicated by telephone when a transaction is being set up:

  • Card Number
  • Expiry Date MM/YY
  • 3 Digit Security Code
  • Name on Card
  • Contact Phone Number for Cardholder (Not Mobile Number)
  • Full Cardholder address

To ensure maximum security all customer card details are shredded when the transaction is complete.
